About Greenway Modern School 2
Greenway Modern School 2 Puhana, Roorkee is a modern educational institution established by the highly successful Greenway Modern School Management. GMS 2 Puhana is the 7th School in the chain of Greenway Modern Schools at national level and is the 2nd school at Roorkee.
Established in 1993, Greenway has grown to become one of the largest and one of the best educational institutions in Roorkee. Our legacy of excellence spans over three decades, making us the most trusted name in education.
It is established at an ideal location, just after the Puhana crossing, at the outskirts of Roorkee town. The school is easily approachable, as it is situated on the Roorkee-Dehradun highway.
Development Phases
GMS 2 Puhana is being developed as a Senior Secondary School in three phases:
- First Phase: LKG to Class VI (commenced April 2016)
- Second Phase: Classes VII to X
- Third Phase: Classes XI & XII with different streams

No Homework Policy
“No Homework Policy” is followed for classes 1st and 2nd. Students only need to revise the work done in the classroom, ensuring stress-free learning and happy childhood.
